Education (secondary or higher education)
Previous experience in a similar position
Good computer skills
Job description:
Performs tasks related to the purchase, delivery, storage, creating records and use of assets, materials and consumables;
Prepares the accompanying financial documents, inventory cards, commissioning acts, warehouse receipts, requisitions, etc.;
Controls the quality of delivered products, organizes loading/unloading and transportation work, prepares the accompanying documentation;
Maintains an electronic register of the location of fixed and short-term assets;
Participates in the annual inventory counts;
Makes proposals for writing off unnecessary assets, as well as for the sale of surplus ones;
Performs other specifically assigned tasks related to the position.
Other conditions:
Employment contract for full-time work with a 6-month probationary period;
Salary: BGN 1,250.00 – BGN 1,800.00 depending on professional experience and education;
Additional remuneration according to extra work performed on projects.
