Naturally the work of palaeontologists, stratigraphers and sedimentologists does not only consist of study development of the Earth and the life on it by means of strata sequences and fossil remains captured within them, but also of presenting their work on congresses, conferences, symposia, workshops; the collection of samples and pictures during scientific travellings and fieldtrips; scientific visits.
